Drawing on my professional experience and training, I work with organizations on recognizing how to address potential conflicts before they get out of hand. Through conversation coaching and planning, meeting awkward situations head on with empathy, and supporting staff in developing resilience and empathy, I can save your organization the cost of one formal harassment law suit.

Facilitated Conversation/Mediation: $500 – $2,000

Hourly Ongoing Support: $200/hr

Projects: Fees will be developed based on the size, complexity, and urgency.

Additional Fees: GST, Travel time and costs, material costs, and cancellation charges.  All fees discussed in advance of being incurred.
